The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Quality Engineering team you will lead the QA lifecycle maintaining quality across UI API and integration testing while driving innovation through Generative Engineering. As a Senior Manager you will guide strategic QA leadership fostering productive teams and enhancing delivery quality through collaborative efforts. This position provides a unique opportunity to influence the future of testing practices leveraging AI technologies to improve effectiveness and reliability in product features.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire QA lifecycle securing thorough testing coverage
- Implement innovative testing strategies utilizing Generative Engineering techniques
- Lead and inspire top-performing teams to achieve quality objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance product delivery and performance
- Analyze testing processes and identify areas for enhancement
- Leverage AI technologies to improve testing efficiency and reliability
- Develop training programs to elevate team skills in quality assurance
- Maintain adherence to quality standards and practices in software testing
What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 13 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 13 years of experience in software testing/QA
- Generative AI testing experience
- RAG pipeline testing and evaluation
- Security privacy and compliance testing for AI systems
- ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent certification
- Certified Test Automation Engineer or Selenium-focused certifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / DevOps Engineer Fundamentals
- AI in Software Testing or equivalent Gen
