As a Senior Communication Specialist youll be at the forefront of strategic change management crafting compelling narratives and driving adoption across distributed teams nationwide. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead strategic communication planning from concept through successful project completion

* Develop and execute change management activities for distributed teams across the US and Canada

* Author high-impact communications newsletters presentations and branding collateral

* Monitor adoption through data analysis surveys and stakeholder interviews

* Create compelling messaging using research analytics and audience insights

* Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leadership and cross-functional teams

* Utilize quantifiable metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement

* Support data transformation initiatives with agile change management strategies

* Travel approximately 15% to wind and solar sites to engage with field teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 5 years of relevant experience in communications or change management

* Bachelors degree in Journalism Communication Marketing Liberal Arts Public Relations Advertising or related field

* Proven expertise in strategic communication plan development and execution

* Exceptional writing editing verbal and presentation skills

* Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated discipline in execution

* Experience with market research and analytics

* Sound business and financial acumen

* Ability to thrive under pressure in dynamic fast-paced environments

* Creative problem-solving abilities

* Dedication to customer service excellence

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prosci practitioner certification (ADKAR)

* 3-5 years in communications or change management role

* Prior project management experience

* Proficiency in Canva Adobe and similar design tools

* Expert capabilities in Microsoft PowerPoint
