Job Description
This position may involve monitoring warehouses schools and food banks requiring experience in inspecting food facilities for food safety in kitchens and warehouses; reconciling and hands on experience in taking physical inventory; ordering of food for public/private school or nursing care institutions and/or food banks. Must have the ability for occasional travel for inspections and physical inventories.
Good communication skills and ability to initiate conversations.
Able to maneuver in file explorer with divisions Shared drives setting up files folders and settings. Ability to organize and file emails in Outlook for quick retrieval schedule meetings through TEAMS and recording as necessary. Microsoft Suite experience and system databases; Needed high competency in excel spreadsheets; accounting experience helpful with solid understanding of basic principles. Adobe Pro is a plus.
Project management is a plus. Ability to stay focused and productive as a remote worker; good time management skills necessary; self-driven and detail-oriented skills are required.
Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelors degree; qualifying full-time increasingly responsible sub-professional experience or paraprofessional or professional experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of four years.
