We are looking for an experienced and motivated Games Presenter Team Manager to lead a team of talented professionals in our Belgrade studio. Key Responsibilities

Provide consistent leadership coaching and support to team members to foster both personal and professional development.

Oversee daily team operations in line with company policies including attendance management and performance monitoring.

Promote a collaborative inclusive and high-performing work environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork.

Identify training and development needs working closely with internal departments to coordinate learning opportunities.

Contribute to achieving business goals through effective team management and skill development initiatives.

Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with company standards values and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
-
Native or fluent Turkish (C1 level) and fluent English (B2 level) communication skills.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory position.

Bachelors degree in Management Business or a related field (preferred).

Previous experience in the gaming entertainment or hospitality industry is an advantage.

Strong communication leadership and conflict-resolution abilities.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.

Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 environment and manage shift-based teams.

Flexible to work on a rotational shift schedule.
