What You Must Have

• Minimum of 2 years of quality assurance manual testing planning and executing testing for large complex multi-tier applications.

• Experience in JIRA/Azure Dev Ops/Rally/QC-ALM/SNOW or equivalent tools for Test Case Management and Defect Management.

• Experienced in Agile and scrum methodologies and knowledge of agile tools

• Experience creating test cases defects and other quality assurance work products.

• Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies software testing best practices and quality metrics.

• Familiarity with manual testing tools.

• Must possess a team player attitude.

• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on delivering accurate high-quality assignments and projects.

• Organized and capable of multi-tasking prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent projects or initiatives.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills people skills negotiation coordination planning presentation skills facilitation skills.

• Familiarity with the BDD approach and Exploratory testing.
