Your mission:

An internship opportunity titled : Development of Tolerancing methodology (m/f) has just opened at Airbus Operations SAS located in Toulouse France.

You will join the Airframe Tolerancing department within Engineering in charge of delivering specialized Tolerancing (dimensional variation management) solutions for all Airbus programmes as well as for research programs such as Fuselage of Tomorrow new technologies new aircraft concepts and innovative industrial systems.

Your internship will consist in developing tolerancing methodology.

Internship duration: 5 months starting in March 2026.

Your main missions will consist in:

Acquiring knowledge on processes and methods linked to the geometrical Tolerancing in Airbus
Contributing to the definition and refinement of new tolerancing methods
Performing a benchmark of tools available in the market
Presenting the results to the transnational team

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

Perform tolerancing analysis and related softwares

Compare tolerancing results from different softwares based on new calculation methodology

Work in a transnational team

Your boarding pass:

You are in your final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills

- Tolerancing analysis

- CATIA

Soft Skills:

- Proactive

- Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Language skills:

- Advanced level of English
