This is a rare opportunity to join an ambitious deep-tech start-up in a dynamic mission-driven environment helping to solve one of the oldest challenges in human history: how to deliver large projects efficiently and effectively.

What Youll Do

  • Architect and manage AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (AWS CDK).
  • Work with services such as Lambda ECS EC2 S3 RDS Step Functions IAM CodeBuild and ElastiCache.
  • Build tools frameworks pipelines and automations to support engineering productivity.
  • Own multiple pillars of the AWS Well-Architected Framework ensuring best practices in security cost and performance.
  • Develop automation and AI-based internal tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain high standards in SDLC practices and Jira management.
  • Work across diverse technologies including Bash Docker Python TypeScript Angular nx Redis Grafana Pusher and MySQL.

Youll join a team of highly skilled engineers who value creativity responsibility and collaboration. The team takes full ownership of their work and continuously explores new technologies to improve outcomes.

Who Youll Work With

  • A growing engineering team of 30 organised into cross-functional squads.
  • Youll report to a Team Lead Manager and collaborate with colleagues across multiple squads.
  • The company is remote-first with office space available for those who prefer in-person collaboration.

Who You Are

  • 3-7 years of professional experience developing enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Passionate about learning sharing knowledge and taking ownership.
  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS in a professional environment.
  • Comfortable using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
  • Some front-end experience preferred but not required.
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
