W Melbourne is now casting Talent to join the team and are on the search for those hospitality Rockstars who rebelliously rewrite the In-Room Dining Talent are the vibe tribe for delivering exceptional service and in room dining experiences for all of the W Melbourne guests.
WET offers up spectacular city views with a gold-roof adorned indoor pool poolside bar and DJ booth pumping up the atmosphere. Lighting up limitless opportunities it will set the stage for epic programming and happenings. - The In-Room Dining Mix Bar and WET Bar Venue Manager are responsible for overseeing their respective operations nsuring exceptional guest experiences efficient service delviery and adherence to the hotels standards
- These roles require strong leadership organisational skills and a guest-focused approach to daily operations while fostering team performance
- Ensures seamless IRD operations
- Ensures Mix Bar maintains high standards in bar service and inventory management to drive profitability
- Ensures WET bar combines leadership creativity and operational expertise to deliver a vibrant and memorable poolside experience
