- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the organizations use of the Workday platform to enhance business processes and achieve operational goals.
- Lead the planning execution and monitoring of Workday implementation upgrades and ongoing optimization projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a team of Workday professionals including analysts consultants and developers. Provide guidance mentorship and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Absence and Time Tracking Requirements Definition - Investigate the business / technical requirements for the clients Absence and Time Tracking needs work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and to achieve a consensus on the organizations needs and priorities.
- Provide a overview to the client on Absence and Time Tracking capabilities of Workday.
- Should be able to handle Payroll Parallel queries related to Absence and Time Tracking.
- Design the Workday solution to meet the needs.
- Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify the required aspects of the Absence and Time Tracking; help them fill up Absence and Time Tracking requirements template.
- Application Testing Assist clients with the testing of the delivered reports. Testing is driven by the scenarios from the client team.
- Production Support Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.
- Production Rollout Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.
- Take timely appropriate action to address stakeholder needs/expectations
- Identify and manage issue resolution including escalation as needed
