Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) Current unencumbered License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Georgia or a state that recognizes reciprocity through the Nurse Licensure Compact. Minimum of 1 yr. of nursing experience required. BLS required. Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and have the strength to push & pull and stand for long periods. Under supervision the LPN performs all duties of comprehensive nursing services as qualified to provide to include but not limited to: Assessment & triage and assistance as per guests needs. LPN Competency Skill Requirements: Assessment and basic nursing care skills. Submission requirements: Current Resume GA License BLS (American Red Cross or American Heart Association ONLY) Health attestation (attached). Supporting documents are required within 72 hours. Agency attestation (attached). Supporting documents are required within 72 hours. This contract requires the rapid deployment of qualified caregivers within 24 to 48 hours to support emergency response efforts during critical situations. The service areas are made up of 5 zones (159 counties withing the state).
