Senior Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to a continued growth and success as you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts including real estate homeowners associations (HOAs) manufacturing and construction. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in commercial lines account management a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to the clients.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $95000 annually
- 401(k): Employer match available
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of commercial accounts including renewals marketing servicing claims and policy administration from A-Z
- Quote new and renewal business as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service and support
- Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines account management
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is a plus
- Skills:
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
