This role is key to working with a team building a supportive high-performing environment where associates feel valued and inspired to deliver exceptional service to our members.
Lead coach and support the HR Team.
Oversee payroll benefits and compliance with employment laws.
Drive recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent.
Partner and lead training and development programs that grow associate skills and careers.
Champion coaching recognition programs and engagement initiatives.
Plan and manage HR department budget.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on associate relations development performance and engagement.
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (HR certification preferred).
5 years of progressive HR experience with 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of payroll benefits and employment law.
Ability to be a change champion for the organization.
Exceptional communication empathy and emotional intelligence skills.
Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution in a people-focused environment.
