Job Summary

Central to this transformation and AutoStores success we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team where you will develop and enhance our products while learning from experienced engineers working alongside product owners and other resources in an environment that values everyones contribution and growth.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintain a comprehensive overview of your assigned tasks ensuring quality product integrity and design alignment.
Participate in the full life-cycle of the product development from concept to Design and Development & Testing and Validation.
Contribute to improve the existing product addressing current challenges and driving continous improvements.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Managers Product Owners and R&D teams to meet project objectives.
Were seeking candidates with:
A degree in Mechanical engineering Mechatronics or a related field; internships academic projects or other hands-on experience are highly valued.
Eagerness to develop proficiency in 2D/3D CAD FEA simulations FMEA ISO GPS PLM systems etc.
Interest in product development prototyping and designing for processes like sheet metal stamping and die casting using DfA and DfM principles.
A mindset to thrive in testing and improvement material testing troubleshooting and driving continuous learning.
Eager to learn share ideas and work with a diverse team to deliver innovative solutions.
