What Were Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a Nursery Room Leader or senior early years role.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development best practices.
Excellent leadership organisational and communication skills.

Ability to motivate and develop a team promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a specific nursery room ensuring the smooth delivery of care and education for your group.
Support and mentor your team of early years practitioners fostering a culture of learning and development.
Plan implement and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Monitor and assess childrens progress providing observations and feedback to support development.
Maintain a safe clean and inspiring environment both indoors and outdoors.
Build strong collaborative relationships with parents carers and colleagues.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding health safety and quality standards.
