Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBRs enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contracts original prime contractor. Today we have a workforce of over 6000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary

Responsible for the development implementation and administration of human resources programs policies processes and procedures designed to attract retain and reward employees globally in alignment with overall business strategy. Under direct supervision performs routine assignments as an entry level professional. Develops core job competencies with existing procedures by solving standard problems. Typically requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
