Job Summary

Area Manager (VIC)

Through leadership and coaching of the Repair Centre Managers and their teamsthe Area Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance and profitability.

Reporting to the State Operations Manager - VIC the successful candidate will be tasked with driving effective outcomes across multiple sites in Melbourne.

You will ensure the sites you are responsible for continue to make positive contributions through alignment and delivery of organisational outcomes and standards contemporary leadership & coaching employee engagement and accurate reporting reflecting the metrics and results for your allocated region.

Further the Area Manager will support the building and maintenance of business relationships including liaison with insurers suppliers and other key internal and external stakeholders.

Regular travel between sites across Melbourne will be required in addition to occasional interstate travel.

To be considered its essential you have:

Demonstrated leadership ability within a service-based industry.
Previous Panel Shop management experience including Estimation and Production processes (minimum 3 5 years)
Proven commercial and financial acumen.
Previous experience managing P&L
Developed problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
Planning and organisational ability in order to be definitive and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to deliver analyse and action divisional reports.
