In project management at PwC you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Minimum Degree Required:

Bachelors Degree

Preferred Field(s) of Study (but not limited to):

Preferred candidates hold degrees in areas such as Computer Science Engineering (Industrial Systems Architecture Systems Telecommunications Electronic etc.) or Business (Finance Economics Management Information Systems (MIS) Business Administration.

Additional considerations:
Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds with Business Analytics are highly encouraged to apply.

Year(s) of Experience:

  • From 2 to 4 years of professional experience as Business Analyst preferably at top companies. Previous job experience at top consulting firm is a plus.
  • Experience in:
    • Requirement analysis and documentation.
    • Data analysis.
    • Testing support:
    • Continuous improvement
    • Ensuring that solutions comply with industry regulations.
  • Demonstrating an execution-oriented mindset and ability to think independently to solve problems comfort with ambiguity.
  • Prioritizing and handling multiple tasks researching and analyzing pertinent data and communicating effectively in written and verbal formats to various audiences (including various levels of management) in a professional business environment.

Certification(s) Preferred:

Power BI Data Analyst Associate IBM Data Analyst Google Data Analytics or similar.

Studies or certifications related to Project Management are valuable differentiators in this role.

Day to day Responsibilities:

Analysis and Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with best practices and trends in business analysis.

Requirement Gathering:

  • Facilitate meeting sessions to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Effectively document and communicate requirements to all stakeholders.

Reporting and Data Presentation

  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards ensuring data is presented in a clear and concise manner.
  • Utilize MS Office tools such as Excel PowerPoint and Word to analyze and present data effectively.

Documentation Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams to create and maintain clear and concise user stories ensuring they accurately capture business requirements and user expectations.
  • Develop and manage detailed use cases that reflect business requirements and user expectations serving as a foundation for test case development.

Testing Support

  • Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test plans that ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving defects during the testing cycle.

Communication and Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure project expectations are communicated and understood by all involved parties.

Mandatory skills:

  • Previous experience in the banking sector is required to better understand the specific needs and regulations of the industry.
  • Understands stakeholders needs and aligns solutions with business objectives.
  • Communicates often openly honestly with customers stakeholders and team members including scrum master and project managers about a wide variety of topics.
  • Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Word for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively to different audiences
