We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Community Advocacy to join our Health Policy and Research team. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about driving positive change empowering communities and tackling barriers that affect the lives of people living with diabetes.
YOUR IMPACT
The Lead Community Advocacy plays a vital role in shaping and delivering Diabetes Victorias advocacy and engagement priorities. Leading a small passionate team this role coordinates our community advocacy peer support and engagement activities ensuring the voices and experiences of people living with diabetes are heard and acted upon.

You are a skilled communicator and empathetic leader with a passion for community engagement and creating a more compassionate world for people living with or at risk of diabetes. You bring experience in working with individuals in a case management role advocacy stakeholder management and project delivery ideally in a health community or not-for-profit setting. Youll also bring:
Essential: Current Working with Children Check and Police Check.
