The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reflective KS2 Teacherwho can inspire pupils to achieve excellence while nurturing their individual strengths. You will play an important role in helping pupils build on their learning foundations and prepare confidently for the next stage of their education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging differentiated lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and mutual respect.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress providing targeted feedback and support for continued improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupils development and well-being.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school including clubs assemblies and enrichment opportunities.
- Uphold the schools high standards for teaching learning and safeguarding.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for an inspiring and committed teacher who:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised qualification.
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 and a solid understanding of the curriculum.
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Is passionate about supporting every childs academic and personal growth.
- Thrives in a collaborative forward-thinking school environment.
