Location: Remote (open to candidates in the Philippines or Latin America)
Compensation:

Philippines: $2000$3000 USD/month
Latin America: $2500$3500 USD/month

Schedule: Full-Time Flexible hours with some U.S. overlap

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Yardi Specialist to support a growing real estate investment and property management portfolio. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the Yardi platformoverseeing setup maintenance and optimizationto ensure smooth data flow across accounting property operations and asset management.

This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented professional who can troubleshoot system issues streamline processes and drive automation within Yardi to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Configure maintain and optimize Yardi Voyager and related modules for accounting property management and reporting.
Onboard new properties and projects into Yardi including chart of accounts setup unit data lease terms and CAM allocations.
Develop custom reports and dashboards using Yardi Query BI tools or other internal reporting modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve user errors data discrepancies and integration issues between Yardi and other platforms.
Collaborate with operations accounting and IT teams to define and implement system improvements.
Support data migrations upgrades and version enhancements.
Ensure data accuracy through regular audits reconciliations and integrity checks.
Train users create process documentation and provide ongoing technical support.
Monitor system performance user permissions and security access controls.

Qualifications & Experience

35 years of hands-on experience working with Yardi (Voyager preferred).
Strong understanding of real estate accounting lease administration budgeting and financial reporting.
Skilled in creating reports and queries within Yardi; experience with Yardi BI or similar reporting tools.
Working knowledge of SQL or database querying is an advantage.
Experience integrating Yardi with other systems (AP automation CRM ERP etc.).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a remote setup.
Experience working with U.S.-based real estate portfolios preferred.

Preferred Skills

Yardi certification(s)
Experience supporting Yardi migrations or upgrades
Familiarity with data visualization tools or BI dashboards
Prior remote experience with cross-border teams
