About the Role
The Aviation Product Manager is responsible for developing and managing iCliGos global flight product portfolio. This role combines analytical commercial and strategic thinking to ensure competitive air content efficient supplier management and seamless integration with our travel ecosystem. The Aviation PM acts as the key link between airlines consolidators and internal stakeholders (Technology Operations Finance and Marketing) driving profitability and innovation in air products.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage iCliGos aviation product portfolio including published fares consolidator content group fares and special deals.
Negotiate and maintain commercial agreements with airlines and consolidators to optimize margins and availability.
Monitor market trends demand and competition to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
Coordinate fare loading updates and availability management with internal systems and distribution channels.
Develop strong relationships with key airline partners and global consolidators.
Lead quarterly business reviews with suppliers to ensure performance alignment and strategic growth.
Evaluate new partnerships and negotiate commission structures overrides and marketing support funds.
Analyze sales performance margin contribution and product mix to define action plans.
Support the Operations and Support teams with issue resolution and complex fare queries.
Work closely with the Technology team to enhance aviation tools APIs and automation processes.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial teams to promote air offers and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures supplier contracts and IATA standards.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Tourism Business or a related field.
4 years of experience in airline product management consolidator partnerships or aviation supply.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel reporting tools and margin analysis.
Solid understanding of GDS (Amadeus Galileo or Sabre) and NDC content.
Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus);
Experience in OTA or travel network environments.
Understanding of aviation pricing models and fare structures (net fares CAT35 etc.).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented company.
A solutions-oriented can-do mindset.
