Why this role matters:

This isnt product marketing as a slide deck factory. This is about owning how ilert is positioned explained and trusted; through content that speaks both to engineers and to executives. Youll craft messaging that is crisp credible and compelling; and build the bridge between product marketing and sales.

Tasks

• Narrative shaping: develop product positioning messaging and value props that differentiate ilert in the AI-driven incident response market.
• Technical storytelling: create content that goes beyond buzzwords; deep-dive product guides solution briefs feature explainers and various formats that resonate with technical buyers.
• Content creation: partner with engineers marketing managers and leadership to deliver high-value content: guides one-pagers comparison guides and sales enablement material.
• Market insight: keep a close eye on the competitive landscape customer feedback and industry trends to refine positioning and inform roadmap.
• Cross-functional glue: collaborate across product sales and marketing to ensure alignment from roadmap to pitch deck.

Requirements

• Youve got experience in product marketing content marketing or solutions marketing for B2B SaaS; bonus points if its developer tools DevOps or IT operations.
• Youre comfortable going deep into technical products; you can sit with engineers speak their language and translate complexity into clarity for different audiences.
• You can write effective persuasive copy and shape narratives across formats: from web copy to sales decks to launch campaigns.
• Youve owned go-to-market launches before and know how to orchestrate messaging content and enablement to drive adoption.
• Youre naturally curious about AI IT operations and how technical teams actually work in high-stakes environments.
• You thrive in small teams: autonomous collaborative and quick to iterate.
