About the Role
We are hiring a Digital Support Executive for our Ahmedabad team. This role focuses on proactive client engagement clear digital guidance and achieving performance targets.
- Primary focus: customer engagement and digital support across calls video and webinars
- Ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls video calls and webinars to engage prospects and clients.
- Daily outreach: follow up with fresh leads and nurture existing leads to move them through the funnel.
- Provide clear step-by-step digital support and guidance to customers across platforms.
- Meet daily call targets and complete assigned tasks within set deadlines.
- Log and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Build and strengthen client relationships through consistent proactive communication.
- Take initiative to identify opportunities suggest improvements and contribute to team goals.
Requirements
- Must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients via calls video meetings and digital platforms.
- Goal-oriented proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Open to freshers with good communication skills.
- Nice to have:
- Prior experience in customer support telesales or digital client engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
