Job Summary

Red Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire a Qualified Spa Therapist with over three years of experience in a five-star establishment based in Simons Town.

Perform a wide range of spa treatments in accordance with Babor standards and techniques.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by ensuring professionalism comfort and service excellence at every stage of the treatment.
Conduct thorough consultations to identify client needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Maintain treatment rooms equipment and work areas in immaculate condition adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
Keep accurate client records treatment notes and stock usage reports.
Participate in regular product and skills training sessions to maintain expertise in Babor and other spa offerings.
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and take proactive steps to enhance their experience.

Requirements

Recognised Spa or Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g. CIDESCO ITEC or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years experience working in a 5-star spa or luxury hotel environment.
Trained and experienced in Babor products treatments and techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on guest care.
Professional grooming standards and a warm service-oriented demeanour.
Proven ability to achieve personal and spa revenue targets.
Self-motivated reliable and able to work both independently and within a team.
Flexibility to work weekends public holidays and shifts as required.
Knowledge of additional product lines or treatment modalities (e.g. massages facials body wraps) will be advantageous.
