Qualifications:
-Vietnam qualified
-Good command of English
-1-4 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A Real Estate Construction Infrastructure Finance and general corporate law.
-Experience in law firm.
-University (LL.B) or higher level degree
Key Tasks:
-Researching laws and assisting partners/senior associates in providing legal advice to clients practical and commercial;
-Performing due diligence providing first review and/or first draft of transaction agreements (SPA SSA SHACharter etc.) financial agreements (loant credit facility etc.) and other necessary documents/agreements upon instruction by clients/senior associates;
-Advising drafting submitting and following application documents for licensing works;
-Translating and proofreading documents;
-Liaising with relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification.
