Were looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet dispatch shipping and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.
Were looking for a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support fleet dispatch shipping and inventory operations under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager. If you take pride in staying organized and love working in a fast-paced environment this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
* Audit and file daily truck inspections and report any safety or damage concerns immediately.
* Assist with small repairs (replace headlights wipers etc.) and coordinate fleet maintenance.
* Maintain fleet tracking route reports and registration information using SharePoint and Geotab.
* Manage crew supplies: track order organize and maintain safety stock.
* Conduct weekly cycle counts for non-inventory items.
* Assist receiving with tagging and entering new inventory into the system.

Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (dispatch fleet or inventory management preferred).
* Proficiency in Excel Word Outlook and data entry systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong multitasking ability and a can-do attitude.
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (Se valora mucho que hables espaol!).
* Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (dispatch fleet or inventory management preferred).
