Education Qualification: Any graduation or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for a skilled ForgeRock Developer who is experienced in identity and access management (IAM) and proficient in software development best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong Java expertise data analysis capabilities and a solid understanding of the ForgeRock Identity Platform (AM IDM DS IG).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Configure and manage authentication and authorization services within ForgeRock Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC).

Design implement and optimize authentication journeys including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and risk-based flows.

Set up manage and troubleshoot Remote Connector Servers (RCS) for external system integrations.

Develop and maintain custom connectors using Groovy Java or JavaScript to sync identity data across systems.

Define schema structures and attribute mappings ensuring accurate identity data transformations and synchronizations.

Create and debug scripted nodes to enhance authentication tree functionality and performance.

Deploy ForgeRock components via CI/CD pipelines and manage infrastructure through Kubernetes.

Ensure secure and scalable identity services using OAuth 2.0 OIDC SAML and federation protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth IAM operations in production environments.

Continuously enhance operational performance and support incident response for identity services.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

ForgeRock AIC (Advanced Identity Cloud)

Hands-on experience configuring and managing services in ForgeRock AIC.

Authentication Journeys & Scripted Nodes

Proficiency in designing custom flows using scripted nodes (JavaScript).

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Implementing TOTP Push SMS WebAuthn/FIDO2 and adaptive MFA strategies.

Remote Connector Server (RCS)

Setup management and troubleshooting of RCS.

Custom Connectors

Development using Groovy Java or JavaScript for data sync and integration.

Schema Creation & Attribute Mapping

Defining object classes custom attributes and mapping rules.

OAuth 2.0 OIDC SAML

Strong knowledge of identity federation and token lifecycle management.

DevOps Pipelines

CI/CD deployment experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent.

Kubernetes & Containerization

Deploying and maintaining ForgeRock in Kubernetes (e.g. ArgoCD Helm).

Good-to-Have Skills
Operational IAM Experience

Previous experience in enterprise-level IAM operations and support.

Troubleshooting in Production

Incident handling and issue resolution in live environments.

Identity Governance

Exposure to identity lifecycle management and governance frameworks.

Cloud Infrastructure

Familiarity with Azure AWS or GCP IAM-related services.

ArgoCD & GitOps

Experience using GitOps methodologies for identity deployment.

Performance Tuning

Optimizing scripted nodes connectors and RCS for performance.

Collaboration & Communication

Strong interpersonal skills to work with security teams developers and customers.
