  • Position Title: Account Assistant
  • Working Location: Jurong West
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic $2500 - $2800
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and process all payments and receipts on time.
  • Reconcile bank statements and update the cash book.
  • Review and reimburse petty cash.
  • Verify staff claims and process reimbursements.
  • Prepare vendor payments.
  • Prepare monthly journal entries.
  • Assist with the full set of accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Certificate/diploma in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
