A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.
• Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisors assignment.
• Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
• May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing International Law or a related field preferred
• Fluency in English
• Demonstrated experience in administrative roles preferably within business operations or marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite project management tools and CRM software
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Fluency in German language is desirable.
