Job Details
Vaše budoucí náplň práce:
- vedení kompletní agendy zaměstnanců (docházka vstupní karty školení PPM OOPP...)
- spolupráce s mzdovou účetní evidence docházek
- sledování zásob provozního materiálu distr. centra a zajišťování drobných nákupů
- zajišťování administrativní podpory distribučního centra (pošta faktury reporty)
- vyplňování provozních dat do statistik
- předvýběr a navolávání kandidátů na skladové pozice (částečná HR agenda)
- v případě potřeby výpomoc ve skladové operativě

- středoškolské vzdělání
- uživatelská znalost práce na PC Microsoft Word Excel
