Being part of the Sandoz Customer Engagement Team and reporting to the Digital Engagement Product Manager Business Analyst will work within a product squad reviewing analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs within Sandoz Online and ecommerce platforms (Drupal and Salesforce).

Will document requirements define scope and objectives and create the necessary documentation so the development team can deliver the product pipeline.

Business Analyst will work on a daily basis with Product Manager to analyze triage and convert business requirements into user stories to form and shape backlog for development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyses the business domain documents its processes and systems outlines business requirements
  • Write user stories help on assessment of future user stories analyse dependencies for Frontend-Backend support bringing design requirements to Frontend/Backend DEV tickets and technical definition of acceptance criteria.
  • Translate requirements into clear user stories acceptance criteria process flows and functional specifications.
  • Work together with a product squad in delivering the Product Managers roadmap.
  • Coordinate and facilitate ongoing reviews of business processes ensuring security and compliance and developing optimization strategies.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting analysing and summarizing information and trends
  • Work closely with development and QA teams during design build and testing phases to validate requirements.
  • Participate in the internal workshops and Product Board events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree preferably in any Information Technologies (IT) discipline but IT Management Information Systems or Computer Systems Analyst discipline is most preferred
  • 5 years of prior work experience and at least three to five years in a similar position.
  • Proficiency with workflow collaboration tools such as: Jira Confluence BaseCamp Asana Smart Sheets or others that have the same functionality.
  • Proficient in standard end-user computing tools such as Google Applications Microsoft Word PowerPoint Visio or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with effective time management skills.
  • Detail oriented analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Experience working with Scrum Master and developers for project backlog creation and maintenance
  • Experience in user stories writing user stories grooming backlog creation and maintenance design discussions
  • Experience in scrum ceremonies including sprint kickoffs sprint planning daily standups sprint review/retrospectives and (as applicable) end-of-sprint demos.
  • English proficiency other languages are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. pharma healthcare).
  • Knowledge of Drupal Salesforce NextJS decoupled architectures
  • Agile and product-centric mindset.
  • Business stakeholder management
