Job Summary
Physician Assistant Outpatient Psychiatry Leadership Role
Were seeking a seasoned Physician Assistant with a strong outpatient psychiatry background to lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers. This position combines hands-on patient care with mentorship and program oversight.
Key Duties
Conduct psychiatric evaluations diagnoses and medication management
Provide ongoing treatment for outpatient patients
Lead coach and support PAs and NPs
Partner with psychiatrists therapists and care teams
Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
CA-licensed PA (unrestricted)
5 years outpatient psychiatry experience (adult child/adolescent or both)
Leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and team-building skills
Compensation & Benefits
$175K $220K annual salary
