Position Overview

We are seeking two highly skilled Systems Analysts (Level III) with extensive experience in PeopleSoft Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) 9.2 specifically the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Billing modules. This role will focus on business analysis fit-gap assessments and data mapping between PeopleSoft and external systems.

The ideal candidates are analytical thinkers who can translate complex business needs into system requirements facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful implementation and testing of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business analyst for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
• Gather business requirements perform fit-gap analyses and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Map data between legacy and third-party systems and document integration points.
• Conduct end-to-end system integration testing and support system configuration validation.
• Prepare detailed documentation including user needs functional specifications and process flows.
• Collaborate with business users technical teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in training knowledge transfer and support user acceptance testing.
• Perform other related duties as needed; some off-hours work may be required based on project phase.

Experience Level

• 8 years of experienceas a Business Analyst in complex system environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with a high degree of initiative and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

Work Environment

This position is hybrid with both remote and on-site components. Candidates must be local or willing to commute to Austin TX for periodic on-site work. Specific days for on-site work will be determined based on project needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills the ability to work with a large distributed team and demonstrated success leading PeopleSoft AR/Billing module implementations. Attention to detail clear communication and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
