Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

Your Responsibilities:

Your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels via chat email and phone.
You will support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients experience.

To succeed in this role you will need:

Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1 minimum)
Empathic and helpful
Team player
Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed
Able to handle sensitive information
Fast learner capacity

What you will gain:

Base salary: 1230 gross per month

The first contract for 12 months It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
