Position: Technical Sales Support Engineer

Purpose of the Position:
We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Technical Sales Support Engineer. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth through accurate quotations effective sales support and strong cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Quotation Management
Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial quotations for centrifugal pumps spares and services ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
Address technical queries promptly and liaise with Front End sales colleagues to clarify RFQs and documentation.
Sales & Order Support
Collaborate with sales teams to achieve order intake and billing KPIs supporting the complete order lifecycle from processing to fulfillment including export orders.
Assist with business approvals (e.g. discounts) to secure deals while preserving contribution margins (CM%).
Spare Parts & Service Oversight
Manage local/imported spare parts business and repair work in alignment with team objectives.
Provide technical clarifications pump parts selection support and after-sales assistance when required.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with Engineering Production Supply Chain and Quality teams to obtain pricing lead times and feasibility.
Coordinate with global group companies for imported products and spares.
Front-End Sales & Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate effective internal and external communication presentations and technical discussions.
Ensure timely updates to all stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and transparency.
Documentation & Record Management
Maintain structured records of RFQs offers and orders in line with SOPs for traceability.
Archive all offers and related documents in shared folders and portals for easy retrieval.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Track open cases monitor deadlines and support management reporting.
Experience & Skill Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering
35 years of relevant experience
Strong communication customer focus teamwork and flexibility
Special Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; knowledge of centrifugal pumps will be an added advantage.
