Funcional Junior Consultant (Level 2 support)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Junior Functional Consultant to join our TMA support team. No previous experience is required this is an excellent opportunity to start your career in SAP consulting. You will be providing Level 2 functional support for SAP MM with a focus on Supplier Master Data (Business Partner).

This role involves data and user management issue resolution and supporting system enhancements within the SAP MM module.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM (Supplier Master Data) including incident and service request resolution

Manage user access and supplier master data in SAP

Analyze and troubleshoot functional and data-related issues

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement improvements

Support configuration changes and assist with testing activities

Document resolutions and maintain internal knowledge base

Escalate issues to Level 3 support when required

Requirements:

No prior SAP experience required full training will be provided

(Nice to have) Basic understanding of SAP MM or procurement processes

(Nice to have) Familiarity with incident management tools (e.g. ServiceNow Remedy)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team

Languages:

English: B2C1 level (Mandatory)

French: B1B2 level (Highly desirable)
