At our brand-new low CO₂ emission warehouse in Fredericia youll play a vital role in handling goods for some of the worlds leading brands while contributing to Maersks ambitious sustainability journey.

As Process Specialist you will work with an established team drawing on their knowledge to become an expert in coordinating the day-to-day operations and planning to maintain smooth running. Working on one defined customer you will be the daily operational focal point liaising with customer stakeholders and our on-site Maersk Customer Experience team.

What youll be doing

• Perform warehouse operator tasks in line with operational and customer-specific requirements.
• Ensure all inbound outbound and internal stock movements are recorded accurately and on time.
• Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently.
• Follow company guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and quality.

Who were looking for

• You identify with the Maersk values and enjoy being part of a team that delivers results together.
• Certified counterbalance forklift driver.
• Hands-on warehouse or cargo terminal experience.
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English.
• No criminal record (required due to site security standards).
• Open-minded team player with a proactive approach.
• Experience working with Lean and 5S principles is an advantage.
