As the Associate Manager of Global Eventsyou will be responsible for providing direction and overall management of a limited portfolio of Global Events domestically and internationally. Manage multiple assigned events from conception to completion with planning design and execution. Assist with remaining shows as needed with planning design and execution. Work directly with the Brand Sales Marketing Procurement and various departments to ensure that the goals for each event are achieved and expectations are exceeded.
What You Will Do:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of global events ensuring seamless logistics on-site coordination and effective communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define event goals budgets timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with the marketing and creative services teams to develop engaging event collateral promotional materials and presentations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key industry partners exhibitors and event organizers.
- Collaborate with internal departments including product development sales and marketing to ensure alignment and maximum impact at events.
- Liaise with international teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across different markets.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analyses to measure the effectiveness of events and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing event outcomes including ROI attendee feedback and key learnings.
- Recommend innovative ideas and strategies to enhance future event experiences and drive business growth.
- Provide on-site support during events including set-up tear-down and problem-solving as needed.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred
- 1-3 years of proven experience in event management preferably within the toy industry or a related consumer products sector.
- Experience in event management with multiple events at the same time
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
- Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced and changing environment as an effective multitasker.
- Effective managerial skills with the ability to train and inspire a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work cross-functionally collaboratively and reciprocally with multiple departments
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.

- Advanced skills in Excel
