Job Description

Were looking for an experienced Australian Healthcare Administration Virtual Assistant to support a busy allied health practice. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in an Australian doctors clinic physiotherapy podiatry or similar setting with a strong understanding of Medicare processes and clinical software.

Youll handle patient appointments Medicare claims and digital records while ensuring smooth communication between patients and healthcare professionals. We need someone organised detail-oriented and tech-savvy with proven experience in Australian healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage practice operations during critical early morning hours

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in Australian healthcare administration
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • Strong working knowledge of Medicare systems and processes
  • Proficiency with clinical software systems and digital healthcare tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination
  • Comfortable with technology and digital systems
