Job Summary

Establish and maintain governance frameworks for strategic IT programmes ensuring alignment with business objectives
Lead financial oversight for the IT function including budgeting forecasting and vendor financial management
Standardize project delivery processes and ensure compliance with internal governance standards
Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior leadership and governance committees
Develop technology roadmaps and business cases to support long-term initiatives
Ensure financial compliance and drive optimization of IT expenditures
Manage and mentor a dedicated team overseeing workforce planning and resource allocation

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
Professional certifications such as CA Foundation CIMA Certificate level or similar would be an added advantage
Experience in IT governance programme management and financial oversight
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Minimum of 8 years experience in IT governance programme management and financial oversight
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage resources efficiently
Proven ability to manage complex budgets financial reporting cycles and vendor relationships within a technology-driven environment

Required Skills:
