Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Develop test and deploy Deluge scripts across Zoho applications (CRM Books People Creator Projects etc.).
Customize Zoho modules workflows and layouts based on business requirements.
Automate processes using Deluge functions webhooks and APIs for seamless data flow between Zoho and third-party applications.
Support client-specific customization troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal system performance.
Collaborate with the implementation team to translate business logic into scalable Zoho workflows.
Maintain documentation of scripts integrations and configurations for internal and client reference.
Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing automation and efficiency opportunities within Zoho systems.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or related field.
13 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Creator CRM Books People or other Zoho apps.
Strong knowledge of Deluge scripting (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment).
Understanding of Zoho API integration REST APIs and JSON/XML.
Experience in building and managing custom functions workflows and automation logic.
Familiarity with client implementation processes and system customization.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote team environments.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with Zoho Analytics Zoho Flow Zoho One or third-party integrations.
Basic understanding of JavaScript HTML or SQL for extended customizations.
Previous experience in a Zoho Partner company or digital transformation consultancy.
