As an Inside Sales Representative you will:
Promote and sell ATSs IT hardware software and service solutions to new and existing customers.
Support Account Executives by preparing quotes configuring solutions and identifying upsell opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to ensure satisfaction growth and retention.
Maintain accurate CRM data track opportunities update contacts and record key activities.
Stay informed on product trends vendor promotions and market opportunities to strengthen your value to customers.
Manage run-rate business for existing accounts and ensure consistent revenue growth.
Provide feedback and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
Coordinate with vendor partners to align on pricing promotions and technical configurations.
12 years of sales experience (inside sales account management or business development).
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Familiarity with IT hardware software and reseller channels strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Strong attention to detail organization and follow-through.
Self-motivated with an unrelenting drive to learn and succeed in a technology-driven environment.
Remote position (U.S.-based ideally within the Mid-Atlantic region).
