Coordinates the scheduling of Family Medicine Clerkship calendar for third year medical students
Coordinates scheduling central/residency faculty for clerkship activities
Collaborates with 70 plus private/group physician offices to place students for clerkship
Coordinates academic detailing luncheons with community-based faculty offices for discussions of outcomes
Prepares syllabus case summaries and proctors exams
Correlates grades and other activities associated with the clerkship
Assists with submitting final grade to ASA
Collects data and reports the student evaluations for the rotation Family Medicine Interest
Interest Group Coordinator- 10%
Supports student-run Family Medicine Interest Group
Coordinates Doc for a Day
Assist students with purchase of supplies and coordination of events
Department Support - 10%
Assists with yearly JayDoc fundraising event
Provides support for department faculty
Assists in answering departmental phone calls

At the University of Kansas Medical Center a reasonable estimate for the starting pay range will be the minimum to midpoint of the posted range taking into account the combination of factors listed above.
