Job Summary
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business supply chain management or a related field required. Three to five years of progressive experience in procurement or contract management. Expertise in contract administration RFP / RFQ processes and regulatory compliance. Experience sourcing within technology and life sciences categories. Demonstrated success in negotiating leasing agreements for hardware and software. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in financial systems and in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
Procurement experience in higher education preferred. Experience with Ellucian Banner or similar ERP platform.
