Account Manager Sense Colour BU - Your Future Position
As an Account Manager based in either Avignon or Argenteuil and reporting directly to the Sense Colour Key Account Manager you will focus on revenue growth with our small to mid-size customers and prospects. You will contribute significantly to our overall regional targets through focused market research social media sources and agreed target prospects with the Key Account Manager FR.
This position is suited for training and development to grow within our organisation. You will be a team player supporting and working in cross-functional teams with other colleagues covering the French market to achieve Givaudans Sense Colour objectives.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Plan and prioritise sales targets and customer contacts to achieve the budgeted annual sales revenue and EBITDA target
Apply the sales strategy to grow the pipeline: capitalise on specific tasks to develop the sales strategy aligned with French market goals. Fully utilise available systems (Pegasus/Salesforce) to ensure KPIs are tracked and recorded
Customer interaction: maintain and grow the existing customer base and establish business relationships with new customers that result in long-term sustainable business developing into key partnerships with SCBU
Collaboration with the local Givaudan team: work closely with other Givaudan Business Units in France to help grow SCBU and enhance collaboration between teams from a full PPA perspective
Training and development: attend technical training and selected industry events to develop knowledge of natural colour and the food industry
Trade activities: participate in trade fairs and conferences
Travel to other SCBU & Givaudan facilities and customer sites will be required (mainly in France).
You
Your successful professional profile includes:
Technical/food science/food chemistry Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Minimum of two years experience in sales within Food Ingredients or Food Specialities with natural colour knowledge
Impeccable communication (oral written and presentation) organisational analytical and business skills
Experience negotiating with customers in a professional manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint) Outlook Teams and Salesforce
