- Experience listing items online or an interest to learn
- Comfortable using computers and/or smart phone devices or a willingness to learn

- Willingness to work in accordance with The Salvation Armys mission and values and comply with Official Minutes Policies and Procedures
- Sorting and selecting in-demand donations to list online
- Photographing items so they are looking their best for our online customers
- Creating short appealing and accurate listings using our easy-to-use listing tool
- Packing online orders to ensure items arrive safely to our customers
- Maintaining work areas keeping them safe clean and tidy
- General cleaning and merchandising within a supportive team environment
- Assist in-store Volunteer Retail Assistant duties when required
