Working hours: Full-time Monday Friday 9am 5pm (open to flexibility on hours). 2
Location: Based in Hednesford Staffordshire
Job Role:
- Providing speedy customer service across a range of e-Commerce platforms (i.e website eBay Amazon accounts).
- Processing and despatching orders on various platforms each day.
- Contonious customer liaison to keep them up to date regarding deliveries.
- Managing new projects for new enquiries
- Working with online sales manager to ensure various areas of the online business are up to date and regularly developing to continue growth in sales and traffic online.
- Opportunity to grow within the online business supporting in areas such as copywriting market research marketing and telesales.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Adept at problem solving
- Hardworking and proactive attitude
