Salary$156166.00 - $249870.00Overlake is searching for a proven nursing leader to continue the growth of our Care Transitions Service Line. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure that we are providing the right care in the right place at the right time.
This service line brings together the Social Work Case Management and Utilization Review functions under a single director. It also expands our Physician Advisor role.
If selected for this exciting role youll report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer with a dotted line relationship to the CFO. To be successful youll need proven change management and process improvement skills plus a strong understanding of hospital operations.
