• Directs manages and coordinates with internal and external sources (contractors subcontractors service companies and other BlueCross BlueShield departments) to accomplish established projects goals and deadlines. Manages budgets.

• Selects trains develops and guides staff to reach goals and ensures excellent customer service is given to employees customers management etc. Monitors department performance and productivity. Performs quality control functions for work performed. Makes recommendations on process improvement and identifies training needs for staff.

• Manages technical support including data center engineers for all corporate owned and leased property.

• Prepares specific detailed technical guidelines for bids proposals goods and services.

To Qualify for This Position You Will Need the Following:

• Required Education: Bachelors in a job-related field.

• Required Work Experience: 8 years extensive experience as a project manager in the commercial construction design and/or maintenance field. 2 years direct supervisory experience OR equivalent military experience in grade E4 or above. (may be concurrent)

• Required Training: Unlimited General Contractor License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
