Job Summary
The University of Chicago Booth School of Business is seeking to appoint outstanding scholars to tenure-track positions in Macroeconomics beginning in the 2026-27 academic year.
We invite applications from those who hold a PhD (or equivalent) in the relevant field(s) or expect to complete the requirements for a PhD in the relevant field(s) by July 1 2026 or soon thereafter (we require all tenure track faculty to have a PhD or equivalent). (We will appoint those whose degree requirements have not been satisfied by this date as instructors the expectation being that all PhD requirements will be satisfied soon thereafter at which time you will be appointed as an assistant professor.)
